Rules of Engagement

Before anything else, we set the tone and named how we're going to show up. This is the ground we stand on every week.

  • Extro / Intra: bring it outward and do the inward work. Move from information to expectation.
  • People over preference: the room matters more than our comfort.
  • This is not a counseling session: it's brotherhood, not therapy.
  • No BS, no pitching, no selling. Just be honest.
  • Lean in and engage fully.

The goal was never information. It was expectation. We came to stir something up in us and raise what we expect from our time together. The rules keep the room honest enough for that to happen.
